Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations for clients, establishing operating structures for programs and ensuring successful outcomes. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.

You will oversee delivery of technology transformation projects, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP-related experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Be accountable for program/project management and ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
