Job summary

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive integrated planning, and oversee procurement, budgets, risks, and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in program/project management, portfolio governance, transformation, project finance, commercial strategy, or related disciplines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Experience with Primavera and SAP finance; familiarity with procurement, contracts, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Global Program & Transformation Delivery — lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and transformations.
• Integrated Planning, Dependencies & Resources — sequence work across interdependent initiatives and align capacity.
• Procurement, Contracts & Commercial Strategy — shape commercial strategies and govern vendor relations.
• Risk, Issue & Root-Cause Resolution — identify and manage risks with structured analysis.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting — build relationships and deliver concise governance reports.
• Methods, Documentation & Continuous Improvement — strengthen PM practices and governance through lessons learned.
