Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology programs across global teams. You will direct delivery from demand through implementation, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules and quality targets while partnering with the Business Office on forecasting.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams worldwide, negotiate with vendors, and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Managed a portfolio of application and infrastructure projects globally.
• End-to-end lifecycle of multiple transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering strategic programs globally across EY.
• Demonstrated capability with commercial sourcing and managed services.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Senior stakeholder management experience and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the successful delivery of programs globally across EY.
• Review project plans and roadmaps and advise senior leaders within EY.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks and SOWs.
• Track and report KPIs and manage vendor contracts.
• Develop and promote best practices and new technologies.
• Lead delivery negotiations with third parties.
• Drive delivery to time, budget and quality.
