Job summary

nVent in Anoka, MN, is seeking an experienced pricing professional to lead development and deployment of pricing tools and policies across products and sales channels. This hybrid role, onsite 4 days/week, offers an opportunity to influence pricing decisions and drive automation in a global environment.

You will serve as an individual contributor with thought leadership, collaborating with sales, legal and business leaders to optimize price strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of pricing analytics experience or related.
• Experience with global pricing teams and cross-functional partners preferred.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, SQL or PowerBI; PriceFx/Tacton and ERP pricing modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of pricing tools and dashboards.
• Manage end-to-end pricing data and price automation.
• Design and monitor pricing policies for products and sales channels.
• Develop and deploy pricing training and communication tools.
• Collaborate with sales, legal and business leaders on pricing strategies.
• Perform profitability analytics and price-to-serve analyses.
