Job summary

Astute Group seeks a Global Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across ERP, CRM, and analytics. You will connect business strategy with execution, uniting operations, sales, procurement, finance, IT, and partners to deliver measurable improvements across enterprise systems and workflows.

You will oversee SAP/Infor and Salesforce initiatives, utilize AI-enabled tools, and drive forecasting, reporting, and decision support in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields.
• Direct experience with ERP and CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce and/or Infor.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline as listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead global programs improving logistics execution, visibility, and customer-facing workflows.
• Manage end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation, optimization, and user adoption.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT and leadership to define scope, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide guidance to project resources and regional contributors as the function grows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system, process, and reporting solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, risk logs, and executive reviews.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting and decision making.
• Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal teams through requirements, data migration, testing, and training.
• Support data governance and reporting consistency across datasets.

Job description

We're looking for a Global Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that improve operational performance, system adoption, data visibility, and business execution across our global teams. You'll connect business strategy with practical execution, bringing together operations, sales, procurement, finance, IT, and external partners to deliver measurable improvements across enterprise systems and global workflows.

This role is ideal for a program leader with hands-on ERP, CRM, and process improvement experience, particularly with Salesforce and Infor, who is comfortable using AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead global programs focused on improving logistics execution, supply chain visibility, inventory flow, order fulfillment, and customer-facing operational workflows.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, optimization, and adoption initiatives for enterprise systems, including Salesforce and Infor.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and senior leadership to establish program scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.
• Provide leadership to program team members, dedicated project resources, and regional contributors as the function evolves.
• Translate business requirements into practical system, process, reporting, and workflow solutions that support scalable global operations.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, issue logs, executive reporting, and structured business reviews.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to identify inefficiencies, improve forecasting, strengthen exception management, and support better operational decisions.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal technical teams throughout requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, data migration, integrations, training, change management, and post-launch support.
• Support data governance, master data quality, and reporting consistency across customer, supplier, product, inventory, pricing, and transaction data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, standardize global operating procedures, improve service levels, and increase scalability.
• Manage program risks and escalations while maintaining appropriate documentation and alignment with global operational and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, supply chain systems, enterprise software implementation, or a related field.
• Direct implementation or optimization experience with Salesforce and/or Infor, preferably within distribution, electronics, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or technology-enabled operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing global or multi-region initiatives involving ERP, CRM, data integration, process improvement, logistics, supply chain reporting, or operational transformation.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Domo, or similar BI tools is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, APICS CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt are preferred.

Travel

This role requires travel approximately 4 times per year to regional offices, operations sites, and partner locations. International travel may be required.
