Qualifications

• BS degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, MD, PhD) is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years with progressive leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of people management experience is required.
• Expert knowledge of drug development process over the product life cycle.
• Expert knowledge of project management and portfolio management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership over the PML group and DAS Delivery Team of the Deliverly Unit and the portfolio.
• Lead the PML organization including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Drive governance, risk management and cross-functional collaboration across DU and GD.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize portfolio value and ensure staff development.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and external representation of program management.
