Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director PMO, Clinical Programs to drive enterprise integration across the clinical evidence portfolio. You will consolidate plans, align milestones with product development and regulatory priorities, and enable governance decisions through analytics and scenario planning.

The role owns the integrated portfolio roadmap, governance cadence, readiness management, and executive reporting, coordinating across Scientific Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/MPH/MBA/PhD).
• 10+ years in clinical program or portfolio management within MedTech or life sciences.
• Familiar with PMO governance and portfolio management frameworks.
• Proficient in portfolio and project planning tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, Wrike, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise clinical portfolio integration and governance with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Consolidate function-owned study plans into an integrated portfolio view and enable governance decisions.
• Manage cross-functional RAID, readiness, and enterprise reporting for issuing escalations.
• Lead portfolio analytics, KPIs, and budget visibility to support prioritization decisions.
