Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director, Program Management Team Leader. Location options: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States of America; Raritan, NJ, United States of America.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Program Management group, driving allocation of resources and staff development to support portfolio execution and value.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MD/PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership over the PML group and delivery teams.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation and headcount planning for the DAS portfolio.
• Partner with DU/DAS/ED leaders to drive development strategy and portfolio value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across TA leadership, Finance, and GD to enable delivery of DAS strategy.
• Develop talent, coach leaders and ensure succession planning.
• Represent program management in external congresses and panel activities.
