Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) invites applications for Program Management Interns & Fellows across multiple offices worldwide. The program duration is 12 months, from June 2027 to May 2028, and involves building management systems to support the Justice System Transformation program.

Responsibilities include developing workflows, maintaining the Detailed Implementation Plan, and organizing quarterly program reviews, with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration and leadership development in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
Organizational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred.
Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices.

Responsibilities

Develop new/revised management processes and workflows (e.g., team composition; team functions; team meeting and communication practices; review and approval process for work packages; reporting/accountability system, tools, and templates).
Oversee management and revision of Detailed Implementation Plan (methods to update it from completed work; methods to predict and solve schedule conflicts and constraints).
Oversee/lead/develop structure for quarterly program reviews (attendance, process, inputs to IJM change control system, updates to program plans).
