Job summary

IJM is seeking Field Operations Interns & Fellows to support field leadership and develop seamless operations across global offices. Roles involve email management, reporting, scheduling, drafting communications, managing calendars, and attending leadership meetings.

Program lasts 12 months (June 2027–May 2028) with opportunities in multiple international offices. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, prior internship or leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
• Organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with email management for FOD or Director.
• Compile Monthly Report and Dashboard information.
• Schedule meetings for FOD, Department Heads and other staff as needed.
• Special projects as assigned by the FOD.
• Draft letters and other communications writing, including reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents.
• Manage the Field Office Director (FOD) or Director's calendar; and
• Attend and record critical information from IJM leadership meetings.
