Job summary

Kardigan is seeking an Executive Director, Global Program Manager to act as the COO of a Global Program Team, connecting strategy to execution across late-stage development, regulatory, and launch readiness.

The initial focus is the tonlamarsen program, leading Integrated Development & Commercialization Plan and cross-functional delivery through regulatory submissions and lifecycle planning, with mentorship to growing program management capability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading late-stage drug development programs.
• Ability to coordinate regulatory, clinical, CMC, medical and commercial workstreams.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GPH to develop and stress-test program strategy.
• Integrate Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC and other functions for timely decisions.
• Own the Integrated Development & Commercialization Plan.
• Lead governance processes and ensure accountability across GPT and GCT.
• Mentor and develop Global Program Managers as the team grows.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and risk management for the program.
