Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, science, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a consumer-packaged goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, requirements, deliverables, resources, and schedule across functions.
• Lead programs from planning through execution and closeout within scope, timing, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish program governance, meeting cadence, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional core team meetings to drive decisions and accountability.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate when needed.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and strategic alignment.
