Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a skilled program/project leader to drive complex business and operations change initiatives. The role focuses on planning, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring readiness activities are reflected in an integrated program plan.

You will partner with Operations leadership, Change Management, Delivery teams, Technology, and control functions to align milestones, risks, decisions, and readiness across groups.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting medium to high complexity initiatives across business, operations, technology and change workstreams.
• Strong planning discipline with integrated plan maintenance, milestone tracking and readiness dashboards.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to clarify scope, drive alignment, and support timely decisions.
• Understanding of operating models, transition-to-BAU planning, and change adoption activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to produce concise executive status updates and materials.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum across groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Business and Operations planning view for releases, tracking readiness milestones and dependencies.
• Integrate Business/Ops milestones into the overall plan, including cross-workstream dependencies and testing readiness.
• Coordinate across Operations, Change Management, Delivery, Technology, Risk, and governance bodies to align scope and ownership.
• Define and track operating model impacts, procedures, controls, training needs, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Prepare clear status updates, risk/issue/decision logs, and escalation materials for leadership reviews.
• Track artifacts, governance checkpoints, approvals, RAID updates, and escalation materials for TD delivery forums.
