Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced ETD Financial Analyst - Consultant to drive data migrations and transformations for capital markets clients. You will bridge data engineering and business operations, using SQL to interrogate large ETD datasets and communicate findings to executives.

The role requires 4+ years in financial data or migration projects, familiarity with GMI or XTP, and ability to travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or Migration Consultant in capital markets.
• Hands-on experience with GMI or XTP platforms and related data structures.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis tools for break investigations and data mapping.
• Solid knowledge of listed derivatives (futures and options) across asset classes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, CE, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility for immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel ~10% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETD data migration activities ensuring data integrity.
• Perform functional analysis and reporting for reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Navigate and extract data from ETD clearing platforms and manage workflows.
• Interrogate large ETD datasets to identify data quality issues and map data.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable business language for executives.
• Coordinate with engagement managers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead client workstreams focused on process improvement and transformation.
