Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams in the US. You will drive program execution, cost and schedule targets while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to meet requirements and milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, 6–8 years of PM experience, and preferred PMI certification; US citizenship with SECRET clearance is required. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• PMI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for programs typically around $5M scope or less.
• Manage customer requirements, cost goals and schedules; provide leadership to assigned teams.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering and PEM; drive root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Develop and monitor cost models, schedules, and resource plans; report progress to management.
