Job summary

Sensata Technologies in the United States seeks a Professional Services Global Category Expert to lead the sourcing strategy for HR, Finance & Audit, Legal, Marketing, and Corporate Events & Entertainment. You will drive TCO optimization, supplier performance, and risk management across a global footprint.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and regional teams to standardize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• University degree required (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organization, planning and time management.
• High personal and professional integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (Oracle, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events and define structure, supplier pool, selection criteria.
• Advise cross-functionally with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Programs, Finance, Legal and Manufacturing.
• Drive continuous development of procurement best practices.
• Promote lowest TCO sourcing solutions and value.
• Support corporate objectives with procurement alignment.
• Communicate strategies and supplier performance to executives.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage supplier escalations and service issues to ensure uninterrupted support.
