Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3–7 years production experience
• Experience mentoring or coaching Operators
• Strong understanding of complex equipment and system integration
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to travel internationally for training

Responsibilities

• Train Operators on equipment and processes
• Assist Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems
• Identify training and development needs via conversations and observation
• Assist Manager with reviewing Operator performance
• Help develop and update training manuals
• Visually inspect production for defects
• Monitor product for quality issues
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Ensure proper material flow to machines safely
