Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of product through the production area.
• Ensure SOPs and engineering procedures are followed to maximize quality.
• Assist in leading and developing a high performance team.
• Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen culture.
• Provide effective guidance to achieve quality and production goals.
• Plan and organize work for efficient operations to keep product in process.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual team targets.
• Promote a safe working environment and support the safety program.
