Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-7 years of production experience.
• Experience mentoring and/or coaching operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and evaluative skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and efficiencies.
• International travel required for training.

Responsibilities

• Train operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and corrective actions.
• Identify training and development needs through observation and conversation.
• Assist in reviewing operator performance.
• Assist in developing and updating training manuals.
• Perform visual inspection of production for defects.
• Monitor product quality and address issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Ensure proper material flow to machines safely and efficiently.
