Job summary

Firestone Airide is seeking a Manufacturing Production professional to oversee and assist with managing diverse production activities including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging. The role focuses on planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

The candidate will liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources, while planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; OR 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance review/management and training
• Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team
• Leverages prior experience to solve issues using latitude of existing guidelines, also recommending changes within specialization policies/procedures
• Works closely with specialization manager
• Communicates regularly with management and infrequently with executive leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Education
