SBH Community Service Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support sourcing and production operations for a fast-growing consumer products business in Brooklyn, NY.

The role focuses on managing overseas manufacturing, building strong vendor relationships, and overseeing production from sourcing through final delivery. You will travel internationally as needed, visit factories, and strengthen supplier partnerships while maintaining strict timelines, quality, and cost

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sourcing, production, or supply chain management.
• Strong experience working with factories and suppliers in China.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Proven negotiation skills and sound business judgment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and production processes from concept through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate timelines, pricing, sampling, manufacturing, and shipment schedules.
• Travel overseas as needed to visit factories and strengthen supplier partnerships.
• Negotiate costs, terms, and production timelines to support company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet quality, brand, and retail standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and proactively.
• Track orders and maintain organized records to meet deadlines.
