Job summary

McBride in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Production Scheduler to plan and manage short- and medium-term production orders. The role requires collaboration with Master Data, Life Cycle, Commercial teams, and internal customers to ensure on-time launches and efficient operations.

You will review stock, schedule promotions, coordinate with procurement, and communicate changes across Customer Service and Dispatching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a similar job.
• Strong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan short- and medium-term production orders according to stock levels.
• Schedule promotions within approved volume and target dates.
• Coordinate with procurement on missing components in the short term.
• Execute priorities for late deliveries, supplier capacity issues, or breakdowns.
• Prepare documentation for production in time and communicate with teams.
• Schedule downtime and coordinate with Operations to meet the plan.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
