Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Project Manager, Production, to lead and manage complex global supply chain projects and deliver results within stakeholder expectations and deadlines.

The role reports to Manager, Project Management Production and requires 3–5 years of experience in global projects within manufacturing or engineering, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel is expected to be around 10%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business, Engineering or similar); MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years related work experience leading global projects in a supply chain environment within manufacturing or engineering.
• Good understanding of processes along the supply chain of a manufacturing company.
• Experience with project management tools and methods.
• Strong leadership, ability to align teams and confidently communicate at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and positive attitude, team player.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel (~10%)

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and manage complex projects or sub-projects, global and regional, within the Production Division.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional and global project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across functions and regions, including production, logistics, engineering, procurement, planning, IT, and quality.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Drive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project management standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and lessons learned.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of project management methodologies and tools within the Production organization on a global level.
• Collaborate with global teams and support change management activities related to project implementation
