Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Global Product Manager - Energy Valve to own the upstream lifecycle and guide strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for the Energy Valve and Electronic PI portfolio on a global scale.

You will work with regional PMs, Innovation, Supply Chain, and PMO to drive end-to-end product development, launches, field testing, pricing, and lifecycle management, with a 15–20% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product management experience in hydronic or cooling tech.
• 5+ years in manufacturing for building automation or HVAC control preferred.
• Global travel 15–20% and strong project timeliness skills.
• Analytical, collaborative, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps for Electronic PI.
• Collaborate with regional PMs, Innovation, Supply Chain, and PMO.
• Support product development, reviews, and documentation deliverables.
• Plan customer validation, field tests, and lifecycle actions.
• Define pricing strategy and global value propositions.
