Alphatec Spine, Inc. is seeking a Planning Associate to develop and manage global production schedules for spinal medical devices. You will optimize resource allocation, maintain healthy inventory levels, and minimize delays across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Operations to meet production targets and ensure regulatory compliance. Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and international operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in production planning or related discipline.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and monitor production schedules for kit builds, replenishment, and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production-related issues and support business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate planning data, schedules, and performance metrics for decision-making.
