Job summary

We Are Social in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the WAS Production team, bridging strategic vision and flawless execution. You will manage overall production strategy across workstreams, oversee budgets over $1M, and mentor staff to scale department efficiency and creative output.

You’ll drive client pitches, partner with finance on reconciliations, and ensure transparent reporting. Expect 25% travel as part of on-site shoots and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience in an agency environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with oversight of multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional presentation skills for New Business pitches and senior leadership updates.
• Solutions-first mindset to resolve complex roadblocks without escalation.
• Technical familiarity with AI integration for project management and resource forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solve big picture project and business problems and update management after resolution.
• Forecast team capacity and project health across concurrent workstreams; align resources with client needs.
• Provide authoritative reporting on departmental status and resourcing in meetings.
• Lead high-impact client presentations and new business Q&A sessions; represent production capabilities.
• Collaborate with Group Account Directors on long-term account planning and sustainable production approaches.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and educated on production processes.
