Job summary

We Are Social is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the WAS Production team, bridging departmental vision with flawless execution. You will manage production strategy, oversee complex budgets over $1M, and scale operational growth while mentoring a strong production team.

You will travel up to 25% for shoots and lead high-level client presentations, driving innovative and sustainable production approaches across digital and experiential campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience in an agency setting.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional presentation skills for New Business pitches.
• End-to-end production knowledge for digital content and large-scale activations.
• Technical familiarity with AI in project management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead production strategy and oversee multiple workstreams.
• Forecast capacity and health across concurrent projects.
• Provide authoritative reporting on status and resourcing.
• Lead client presentations and Q&A on production capabilities.
• Collaborate on long-term account planning with senior stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end financial lifecycle and budgets over $1M.
