Job summary

Procon is seeking a Global Production Controller to support a high-visibility federal program across a diverse global facilities and infrastructure portfolio. This role coordinates maintenance requests, supports reporting, and collaborates with government stakeholders to ensure accurate information.

The candidate brings strong CMMS experience, seven years of relevant work, and the ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams while delivering on time.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or certification in Construction Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar business software.

Responsibilities

• Enter maintenance and project requests into the CMMS.
• Coordinate with requestors and facility managers for complete information.
• Route and assign requests to personnel, contractors, agencies, or teams.
• Obtain government direction for requests without established methods.
• Track maintenance and projects through completion with status updates.
• Generate weekly reports on open/closed requests and metrics.
• Coordinate with global facility teams for dashboards and reporting.
• Maintain accurate work request and project statuses.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and archived.
