Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks a Global Production Controller to support a high-visibility federal program across a diverse global facilities and infrastructure portfolio. You will coordinate and track maintenance requests in the CMMS, support reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with government stakeholders and facility teams to ensure accurate project information.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Associate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or certification in Construction Management or a similar discipline.
• Experience supporting federal government programs or complex facilities portfolios is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and accurately enter maintenance and project requests into the CMMS.
• Coordinate with requestors and facility managers to obtain missing information and ensure requests are complete.
• Route and assign requests to the appropriate personnel, contractors, agencies, or teams.
• Obtain government direction for requests without established execution methods.
• Track maintenance activities and projects through completion and provide regular status updates.
• Generate weekly reports on open and closed requests, project status, and key metrics.
• Coordinate with global facility teams to support dashboards, reporting, and project tracking.
• Assist stakeholders with maintaining accurate work request and project statuses.
• Ensure required project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained in applicable systems.
