SHINE Systems seeks a Global Production Controller to support an Intelligence Community customer. The role will manage maintenance requests via CMMS, coordinate projects, and ensure accurate reporting across stakeholders and systems.

The successful candidate will enter and track requests, verify information, and communicate status weekly. Strong customer service and collaboration across global facilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years of relevant experienceRequired.
• Associate's degree or related certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office and similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter maintenance requests into CMMS accurately from multiple channels.
• Review requests for completeness and accuracy; obtain missing information as needed.
• Coordinate with facility managers to input projects into CMMS.
• Assign requests to appropriate personnel based on established processes.
• Track government direction for requests without predefined methods.
• Provide weekly status updates and reports on open/closed requests.
