Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc).
• GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a dynamic customer support environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present technical information.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment, field service, or manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support resource for assigned customer accounts, supporting escalations, fleet performance activities, system installations, upgrades, and product improvement programs.
• Act as a liaison between customers, field teams, and engineering, providing technical guidance and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Support Alpha Site activities by assisting Engineering with installation, operation, calibration, testing, and validation of new hardware, software, and process designs.
• Support Beta Site deployments by facilitating installation, operation, calibration, testing, and validation in customer environments.
• Participate in ECO reviews to ensure proposed solutions are supported by data and communicate effectively to field teams.
• Generate, analyze, and present system performance data including MTBF, MTBI, and system availability.
• Support reporting of process performance, fleet reliability trends, and inventory/warehouse spending for improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation such as CENs, BKMs, support plans, upgrades, and implementation guides.
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Support, and Field Service to ensure successful deployment of improvements.
