Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Significant experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or related commercial leadership within an industrial environment.
• Experience leading product management teams in a global or multi-regional setting.
• Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and value.
• Strong financial acumen with business case development and investments evaluation.
• Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in English; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global product portfolio strategy aligned with objectives and market opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps informed by customer insights, market trends, and business performance.
• Build a portfolio that supports global and regional growth with minimal overlap.
• Lead lifecycle management including introductions, enhancements, rationalization and end-of-life planning.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner opportunities through strategic and financial analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive actions to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop business cases and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
• Own global pricing strategies and work with regions on execution.
• Lead product management in new product development with cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for launches.
• Lead market intelligence: competitive analysis, segmentation, VOC, win/loss.
