Adhesives Research, Inc. in Glen Rock, PA is seeking an EHS & Product Stewardship Specialist to ensure safe, compliant use of our products across markets.

You will gather data, prepare documentation, conduct inspections, and support environmental health and safety programs. This role partners with R&D, Purchasing, and suppliers to assess regulatory requirements (US TSCA, Prop 65, REACH, RoHS) and prepare accurate compliance statements and safety declarations for target markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or 1–2 years of on-the-job EH&S/chemistry experience
• Familiarity with EH&S management systems (ISO, OSHA, GHS) is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in both a team and independent setting
• Ability to develop systems to support EHS initiatives
• Ability to communicate across all levels and with regulatory agencies
• Ability to handle potentially high-stress emergency situations
• Proficiency with standard desktop software

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the Product Stewardship Program and mitigate risks through formulation changes or targeted guidance
• Serve as primary contact for customer regulatory inquiries and safety questionnaires
• Collaborate with R&D, Purchasing and suppliers to evaluate formulations and ensure compliance
• Interpret and assess US and international regulatory frameworks for product compliance risks
• Establish document control procedures for supplier declarations, test results, and regulatory assessments
• Train internal teams on product stewardship responsibilities and regulatory updates
• Create and maintain Safety Data Sheets, product labels and hazard communications
• Participate in EHS activities, audits, permits, reports, and related documentation
