Google LLC in Mountain View (CA) is seeking a results-driven Go-to-Market Operations leader to transform how Ads operates across responsibilities and markets. You will partner with product, sales, and engineering to shape strategy, improve processes, and drive growth.

You will analyze escalations, develop scalable actions, and build training and messaging for stakeholders while aligning with global priorities. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with digital advertising solutions (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, performance marketing).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze critical escalations to pinpoint systemic weaknesses and develop business solutions.
• Dissect complex escalation data to uncover macro trends, root causes, and emerging risks.
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with the most current product knowledge and operational insights in responsibility.
• Own and develop seller training programs on network responsibility, craft compelling seller and external narratives around network responsibility, and shape the industry engagement strategy for this critical area.
• Build and evolve measurement frameworks to ensure that team OKRs are met in the areas of sales enablement, customer satisfaction, and position in the industry.
