Generac seeks a Senior Director, Product Security to lead enterprise security strategy across connected energy products and services. You will embed secure by design throughout the lifecycle, establish IEC 62443-based standards, and partner with engineering, legal, and leadership to advance a world-class program.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certification / License: CISSP, CSSLP, GICSP, ISA or IEC 62443 certifications, or equivalent credentials.
• Work Experience: 12 years in cybersecurity, product security, or secure engineering with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 7 years leading teams, ideally across multiple regions.
• Proven record building or maturing a product security program for connected, embedded, or industrial products.
• Hands-on leadership of a secure development lifecycle and incident response capability.
• Experience applying IEC 62443 to real products, including familiarity with 62443-4-1 certification.
• Experience navigating global product security regulations such as EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Responsabilidades

• Set enterprise product security strategy and multi-year roadmap across the portfolio.
• Embed secure by design as the standard across products and services.
• Lead secure development lifecycle and pursue IEC 62443-4-1 certification.
• Establish vulnerability disclosure practices aligned to ISO/IEC 29147 and 30111.
• Drive regulatory readiness for EU/UK and other markets; interface with regulators and auditors.
• Build and lead a high performing product security organization.
