Job summary
Chemelex is seeking a seasoned Product/Program Manager to lead new product introductions and manage market-aligned strategies across control, sensing, software, and related lines. You will translate customer insights into differentiated offerings, successful launches, and sustained line performance.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and regional teams to deliver revenue growth, EBITDA, and customer value while guiding lifecycle plans, cost optimization, and lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred in related field.
- Minimum of ten years in Product/Program Management, Product Marketing, or related roles in industrial automation or engineered B2B products.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L, ROI, and forecasting.
- Experience with stage-gate, Agile development, and cross‑functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for assigned lines.
- Lead cross‑functional NPI teams through definition, development, pricing, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
- Translate market and customer insights into roadmaps, investments, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing to ensure timely, on‑budget launches with desired quality.
