Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive improvements, and lead junior staff while supporting enterprise growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology/data analytics
• 5–7 years data quality/analysis experience
• 4+ years project management experience
• 4+ years Pyramid and Spotfire experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on key drivers of the business and customer success
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to share findings and identify quality improvements and cost savings
• Presenting recommendations to leadership to improve data quality and customer experience
• Driving data-driven decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources
• Collaborating with Operations teams on enterprise growth initiatives and reforms
• Demonstrating leadership to junior team members
• Collaborating with Operations Management to implement customer-enriching solutions
