Job summary

HireTalent partners with Client Footwear to recruit a Global Business Integration Lead who will help Client Product and Development teams stay agile and nimble. You will collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools across the organization, and you will help define, implement, and socialise new workflows and calendar updates.

You will work with leaders across Client Footwear to deliver key business objectives, ensuring updates to calendars and code are translated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy.
• Understanding of product creation, ideally within Client.
• Must have skills: experience with developing and implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, drive change, and ensure follow-through on plans.
• Ensure consistency, documentation and standardization across our landscape where appropriate.
• Participate in Client Code, Sport Offense, and Brand process workstreams as part of the Global Business Integration Team.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to coordinate teams and deliver business dialogue.
• Maintain Product Calendar and deliver reports through communications portals in clear, actionable formats.
• Create training, procedural and system documentation and facilitate as needed.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, resources, timeline, quality and risk) and deliver key initiatives on time.
• Train teams to interpret business data/analytics to be actionable.
