Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Global Business Integration Lead in Beaverton to collaborate with Jordan Product and Development teams, define and implement processes and tools, and deliver key business objectives across Jordan Footwear.

You will partner with leaders to ensure updates are translated and socialized, while driving operational excellence through cross-functional programs and documentation. This role focuses on process optimization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience with product creation within Jordan or Nike is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, and drive change.
• Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across Nike and Jordan Landscape.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk) for operational projects and deliver with cross-functional teams.
• Train teams to interpret business data/analytics to be actionable.
