• 10+ years of experience in technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence.
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication with technical, business, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent market requirements internally with Product Management and Engineering.
• Understand advertiser needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Meta to build innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers.
• Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products by guiding cross-functional teams in communications, documentation, and positioning.
• Drive go-to-market activations across internal sales and partnerships teams with effective messaging.
• Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
