Job summary

CSafe Global is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Ohio to oversee the full product lifecycle, from strategy through launch and performance management. You will collaborate across departments to ensure products meet customer needs and drive growth for the organization.

You will translate business requirements into actionable specifications, partner with engineering and operations, and lead launches with marketing and sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field required.
• 5-7+ years’ experience as a Global Product Manager or similar in B2B.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Strong business acumen balancing strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Perform market analysis, competitive research, and customer needs assessments.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and deliverables.
• Partner with engineering and operations to deliver high-quality solutions on time and budget.
• Lead product launches coordinating with marketing, sales, and support.
• Provide ongoing product training and document resources for users.
