Job summary

Eberhard Manufacturing Company in Ohio seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of its product portfolio, drive revenue growth and margin expansion through pricing, product-line simplification, and a clear roadmap.

You will build and mentor a product team, align with sales, operations, engineering and marketing, and partner with leadership to meet growth objectives while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering roles.
• Broad process and technical knowledge of plastics, metal, and assembly methods and processes.
• Past experience with publicly-owned OEM manufacturing.
• Experience in organizational development and bringing products to market.
• Technical depth and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with competitive technologies and market direction.
• Experience with heavy trucks or related verticals (preferred).
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall product management strategy and leadership for the organization.
• Develop, implement, and drive the global product plan for growth.
• Direct and manage the product management team to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop team with data-driven performance feedback.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, and commercial teams on plans, timelines, budgets, and revenue goals.
• Ensure team readiness and clear communication of plans and progress.
• Partner with sales, operations, engineering, and marketing to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the product pipeline and critical projects to maximize impact.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve market strategies and profitability.
• Identify new market trends and opportunities to guide development efforts.
