Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Product Manager to own global strategy, lifecycle, and commercial success of assigned products, bridging customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives to guide portfolio investments and roadmap decisions.

You will work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service and regions to drive launches, market adoption, and portfolio performance, monitoring share, feedback, and financials to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with market analysis, product planning, lifecycle management, and commercialization preferred
• Extensive travel (over 20%).
• Extensive overnight stays (over 20%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global product portfolio strategies.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through retirement.
• Develop business cases, product requirements, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans.
• Recommend portfolio actions including defend, refresh, grow, transition, or exit decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service, and global regions to align priorities and execute strategy.
• Support product launches, market adoption, and ongoing portfolio performance.
• Monitor market share, customer feedback, financial performance, and product health metrics.
