Littelfuse in Chicago is seeking a Global Product Manager for Overvoltage Protection. The role is hybrid and full-time, owning portfolio strategy, profitability and lifecycle while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to translate market needs into growth.

You will drive revenue, pricing, forecasts and launches, lead VOC and competitive benchmarking, and partner with R&D to ensure timely commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, engineering, applications, marketing or commercial roles in electronics.
• Experience managing global product lines, pricing, financial analysis and commercialization.
• Knowledge of overvoltage protection technologies preferred.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the global product strategy, roadmap and growth plan for assigned product lines.
• Own product-line revenue, profitability, pricing, forecasting, product mix and business performance.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life decisions.
• Lead Voice of Customer, market analysis, competitive benchmarking and business-case development.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D to define requirements and drive commercialization.
• Develop global pricing strategies and support quotations and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on demand planning and cost reduction.
• Create product positioning, sales tools and training with Marketing and Application Engineering.
