Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five to seven years in product management, marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial technology environments.

• Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned overcurrent fuse product lines through lifecycle and roadmap.
• Analyze sales, margin, cost, market data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop pricing recommendations, business cases, and investment proposals.
• Lead product management in new product development, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
• Engage with customers, distributors, OEMs to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and supply chain on planning, forecasting and performance.
