Job summary

Envista, a global leader in dental imaging technology, seeks a Product Manager for the Aligner and Intraoral imaging portfolio. You will own the global roadmap, drive launches, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to meet revenue and growth targets.

The role requires 3-5+ years in product development, ideally with imaging/orthodontic products, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of product development experience; launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA-Regulated businesses.
  • Imaging and orthodontic product experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for global product roadmap, launches and execution through the product lifecycle.
  • Define and prioritize product and customer requirements; manage voice of customer and market segmentation.
  • Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies; drive cross-functional execution.

The Product Manager creates business plans, gathers voice of customers, defines and prioritizes product and customer requirements, manages customer market segmentation and growth initiatives. The Product Manager drives cross-functional teams in timely execution and global launch of projects to ensure the targeted success of the products to support the company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager has strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The Product Manager must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for NPI throughout the various stages of the product toll gate process including business case development, value proposition, voice of customer, product requirements and go-to-market strategy.Develop product launch objectives that drive revenue, profitability, and other key growth objectives.Determine customers' needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.Create the pricing strategy for the assigned product portfolio.Develop product sales strategies by working with sales & marketing.Co-Travel with sales reps to maintain current knowledge on the intraoral market.
