Job summary

Gates Corporation, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Global Program Manager for Data Centers to lead new product introductions like Liquid Cooling. The role is based in our Denver Englewood or downtown Denver offices and reports to the Director of Global Product Management - Hydraulics.

You will drive projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones align with performance, cost, and time targets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in managing technical projects in manufacturing/product dev.
• Proficient with PLM and ERP systems and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development projects from concept to production.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and capital requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Manage risks and communicate with stakeholders; facilitate stage-gate reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery of prototypes, testing, and validation activities.
