Job summary

Kerr Dental, a leader in healthcare solutions, is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across the product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional efforts to translate customer insights into market-ready innovations, impacting clinicians and patients worldwide.

In this role, you will own portfolio strategies, collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams, and manage end-to-end lifecycle activities from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years global product management experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle including VOC research, business case development, development, regulatory, commercialization, and pricing strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
• Onsite presence four days per week; commutable to Brea, CA and Pomona, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of your product category and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Develop and execute global portfolio strategies and product roadmaps based on market trends and VOC insights.
• Identify unmet customer needs and translate VOC feedback into product opportunities and business cases.
• Lead upstream marketing activities across the product lifecycle, including market assessments and opportunity evaluation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to bring products from concept to commercialization.
• Support regional and global teams with product training, market intelligence, forecasting, pricing, and launches.
• Act as a product and market expert, monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform decisions.
• Analyze market, sales, and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and investments.
• Manage multiple initiatives to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
