Job summary

Therakos Healthcare Limited seeks an experienced Global Product Manager to shape the portfolio for its medical device and data solutions. You will lead lifecycle strategy for the automated device platform and drive a data analytics roadmap for clinicians, administrators, and internal stakeholders.

The role blends medical device expertise with digital health strategy, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and a data-driven approach. Travel for customer visits and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or related; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years global product management experience, ideally with device and software/data analytics.
• Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare tech, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304).
• Experience supporting global launches in regulated medical device environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present to executives.
• Data-driven mindset with user feedback, market insights and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and lifecycle strategy for current automated device platform.
• Support longer-term SIOP demand planning for device and consumables.
• Translate market trends and insights into actionable strategies for portfolio growth.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, Ops and Commercial to define requirements.
• Convert VOC input from physicians, nurses, procurement and IT into user needs.
• Lead roadmap for digital data analytics solution across global install base.
• Define data architecture, integrations, interoperability, security and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, software engineering and QA/RA to align with medical device software standards.
• Shape dashboards and analytics for clinical customers and internal partners.
• Identify external partners for connectivity across LIS/HIS systems.
• Serve as internal product expert across departments.
