Job summary

Kerr Dental seeks a Director, Manufacturing Process Development to lead global process development for dental consumables in FDA/ISO-regulated settings. You will align R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive readiness, risk management, and ownership onsite in Pomona, CA.

You will use DOE and Six Sigma to build scalable platforms, mentor engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and cost improvements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering/chemistry field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in developing, scaling, or validating manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for development, scale-up, validation, and lifecycle support.
• Lead and develop a process engineering team with accountability and depth.
• Drive design of scalable manufacturing platforms and automation to improve quality and cost.
